Inspector Veer apprehends a criminal and charges him under the Indian Penal Code. He has two witnesses to back him on this charge. Veer meets the daughter, Meghna, of these witnesses, and both fall in love with each other. However under some circumstances, before their marriage could take place, the criminal has the witnesses killed. Will Veer be able to face Meghna?
